Holding a full, general license Elliot brings years of experience managing both commercial and residential condominiums to your property. With a focus on customer service and communication, we strive to keep board members, owners and residents informed, educated and empowered to make the best decisions possible to protect your investments.

As a manager who believes in constant improvement, his mission is to direct Green Brick Property Management to be a leader in the industry by assisting new and aging properties to focus on adapting to the changing landscape of condominium legislation. Perfecting procedures and preparing for the unique needs of each property will be the drive behind the relationship with all condominium board members.

Collaborating with directors to responsibly plan for the future needs of a condominium has been one of the keys to successful management. This will be the bedrock of all relationships between owners, vendors, directors and Green Brick Property Management.
