  It is our pleasure to be working with Green Brick Property Management. Green Brick is presently managing our Condominium Corporation and we are extremely impressed with their professional and friendly manner. 

Having experienced other property management companies in the past, we can say that Green Brick has been far superior to work with in all categories including communication with Board of Directors, response time to inquiries, knowledge of the mechanical systems in our building and a presence in our building when required. We are kept up to date by staff on all matters including accounting and quotes.

In my experience, property managers differ considerably in their ability to be proactive and to solve problems before they become serious. Elliot repeatedly showed us that he has that ability. From scheduling our multi-year maintenance requirements to provide the maximum cost savings, to nurturing our relationships with reliable suppliers, to staying abreast of technical developments in the field, he did more than we could have reasonably expected to help our corporation to achieve its goals. This speaks both to his strong work ethic and to unusual grasp of technical issues.

Moreover, Elliot combines these attributes with a calm and cheerful temperament and a genuine interest in people. Like most residential complexes, ours is home to a few owners who make unusual demands on management’s customer service skills, and Elliot is more than equal to any such challenges. All owners quickly came to value his welcoming manner, his helpful spirit, his courtesy, and his patience.

As a member of the board of directors, and as president for the past two years, I quickly came to value Elliot’s wise advice on both technical and administrative matters. His business-like yet good-humored approach invariably made the board’s work easier and more effective.

As past president of the Board of our condominium, I had the pleasure of working with Elliot Shermet for about 3 years, in his role as property manager.

As a Board, we really appreciated his work ethic and attention to detail; important qualities in a property manager - but always accompanied by a cheerful attitude and easy going manner! His dealings with owners and residents was always respectful, friendly, but firm in regard to rules and regulations!

Elliot has a keen interest in keeping things running smoothly, on time and on budget, plus a good grasp of financial matters.
